My name is Nihal Ertaş Güçlüer. As an Operational Excellence Leader, my goal is to help organizations improve performance not only through small-scale enhancements, but by building sustainable, measurable, and institutionalized management systems that create long-term impact. At the core of my work lie the PDCA approach, lean management principles, statistical process control methods, and advanced data analytics. Alongside my corporate career, I continue my master’s degree education. I also write articles on nihalertas.com, where I produce technical content through the lens of industrial engineering, focusing on topics such as operational excellence, statistical thinking, decision-making architecture, and management strategies—while occasionally sharing reflections on current issues as well. Simplifying complex concepts and making them easier to understand is not only my way of working, but also a form of expression for me.

Outside of work, writing—especially reading and reflecting on personal development—is one of my greatest joys. I enjoy creating pastoral paintings, playing the piano, and I truly love traveling.
